He secured a U$ 1 million grant from the Benioff Ocean Initiative for a project in Jamaica and has been negotiating government contracts with seven Central American countries. Frank has also managed major sponsors like Ambev, Natura, and PepsiCo for river cleaning projects and has worked on funding with institutions like the IDB and BCIE banks.
